Barcodes can be used in a variety of ways within Presidio, including:

  • Updating Job Form status via Job Control Actions menu or optional browser status utility
  • Importing Shipment details into UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
  • Entering Transactions through Shopnet Data Collection
Most barcode deployments use the standard 3 of 9 barcode standard.  A 3 of 9 barcode font will be required on workstations that will print barcode documents.  A free 3 of 9 barcode font can be downloaded here.
