The QuickBooks integration can be performed from any Presidio workstation that also runs QuickBooks.  A one time prerequisite installation is required for each workstation that will be utilizing the integration.  Any Presidio user can "Queue" an invoice for QuickBooks, but only Presidio workstations with QuickBooks and the connector can export/update.
