Operation Setup Requirements:

  3. Sell $ use: Markup % (recommended) or alternate sell rate
  4. Calc: 29
  5. Sub Key: Labor
  6. Meter Charge: Cost per click (Sell charge enabled when Sell $ use Rate is selected)
  7. JC Cost by Quantity: Job Control Cost uses Quantity x Rate (vs. Hours x Rate)
  8. Set Copies per to Quantity: Option to default copies per original to Estimate Quantity
  9. Copies/Hour: Average copies per hour to estimate run time
  10. Use Number Up from Form: Option to always use Form #Out or independent #Out
  11. Set originals to: Option to default units to pre-assigned number, pages or sheets

Calculation:


(Originals / Number Up) x Copies per Original = Total Copies

Total Copies x Meter Charge = Cost $

Total Copies / Copies per Hour = Estimated Hours

Cost $ x Markup % = Markup $
