  3. Units/Hr (if UPH adjust selected)
  4. J% (if J% adjust selected)
  5. Run Spoilage %

Calculation:

Total Forms (Sigs) / # of Webs = Idents

Deliver Sheets = (Estimate Quantity / Number Out) x Idents (Sigs)

Deliver Sheets (if bindery operations) = (Next Bindery Gross Qty + Next Bindery MR Qty) / # Out

Deliver Sheets increase as bindery operations with spoilage and/or makeready sheets are added

Gross Run Sheets (equivalent) = Deliver Sheets / (1 - run spoilage %)

Note: If Calc 6 “Include MR Sheets in Press Run” is on, they are added to the above calculation

Impressions = Gross Run Sheets / # of Webs

Impressions / UPH = Standard Hours

Standard Hours x J% = Estimated Hours (if less than minimum press run time, minimum used)

Estimated Hours x Rate = Cost $

Cost $ x Markup % = Markup $

Cost $ = Markup $ = Sell $
